About Me
I am Sarah, the founder of NZ Care Kits, and caring for others has shaped my entire life. I come from a healthcare background. I have aging parents myself who have faced Alzheimer’s, cancer, falls, diabetes and other health challenges, so I have seen first hand how hard it can be to find products that truly help. That is why I am deeply passionate about making care easier, more dignified and more comfortable for our elderly.
Before launching NZ Care Kits, we sat down with Kiwis and really listened to what they were dealing with day to day, what tasks felt hardest, and what would actually make life easier. We continue to do our research, talking to families, carers and health professionals so we can keep learning and keep improving each kit.
NZ Care Kits was born from that love and that commitment to thoughtful care. Every item is carefully handpicked with heart and purpose, chosen because it has been tried, tested and shown to make daily life smoother, safer and more comfortable. Our goal is to give families a little relief, a little confidence and a little peace of mind, kit by kit.

Every standard kit includes seven handpicked items designed to make everyday life safer and more manageable. Mini kits include a smaller selection of essential tools. All items are chosen with care and experience to give real support at home.
When will my order arrive?
All orders are delivered within fifteen days from the time your purchase is placed. You will receive updates so you always know where your order is and when to expect it.
What is your refund policy?
If there is an issue with your kit or an item arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you to replace the item or arrange a refund depending on the situation. Your comfort and satisfaction matter to us, so we aim to make the process simple and stress free.
